Microsoft Windows Vista does not show by default the Internet Explorer Icon on the desktop. The video below will show you quick step by step on how to do this. I am trying to download the put the ie desktop icon in Vista. I can only do the first step with giving permisson to download.. I do not get the other step to happen after I click on the run box. Pease help me!!
